MV Makruzz is the first privately owned luxury catamaran in the
Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
THE vessel has 2 decks with passenger capacity of 280. It presents three classes for its guests - 280 seats in Premium, 64 seats in Deluxe and 8 seats in Royal. For the comfort of the passengers, the vessel is fully air-conditioned by approx. 30 Ton rating system. It can attain a maximum speed of 32 nautical miles, but will be cruised at approximately 22 - 24 nautical miles and is expected to cover the distance between Port Blair and Havelock Island in about 90 minutes.
COASTAL CRUISE
THE COASTAL CRUISE is built in Singapore under international standard of Bureau Veritas (register classification). It is also fitted with internationally accepted safety measures having modern communication system which keeps her in touch with the world. Manned & managed by highly competent technical and professional officials. She is 35 meter long with well furnished interiors; consisting of 2 Upper & Lower Deck divided into four classes (Executive, Lounge, Premiere and Coastal). A centralized announcement system and beautifully designed well equipped food -kiosk inside the vessel.
THE cruising speed will be 25 knots (45 Kmph). The gentle movement of the vessel will keep you comfortable, coze and in an ecstatic mood throughout the journey. To enhance your mood we also have audio visual entertainment facilities onboard. The vessel is enclosed entirely with picturesque windows which give a panoramic view of the entire sea and the flora and fauna of our beautiful Island. She has a seating capacity of 218 seats.
